APPOINTMENT

The damages selector of digital display of the Universal-911M-4 type in difference from all known route searching devices is executed under the two-channel scheme, i.e. the channel of definition of a line of a line and the channel of search of damages to a cable, the pipeline, definitions of places of unapproved inserts that allows to reduce in 2-3 times time for performance of works simultaneously work.

The selector of damages digital display type Universal-911 М4 it is intended for:

  • detection of a lining route of power cables, cables of communication, a heating cable for heat-insulated floors;
  • detection of a lining route of current-carrying pipelines (gas pipelines, oil pipelines, wires of ammonia, water pipes, pipelines of sewer and thermal networks);
  • detection of a lining route of the pipelines executed from nonmetal (at presence in them a current-carrying liquid);
  • detection of a lining route and depth залегания contours and grounding tyres;
  • definition of depth arrangement of the cables and pipelines;
  • detection of places of damages of power cables, communication cables, heating a cable (breakage, short circuit, places of fall of isolation) induction, a method of potentials and on the active electric aerial;
  • detection of a lining route and places of damage of the latent conducting;
  • detection of places of defects of isolation in underground or underwater pipelines;
  • detection of places of unapproved inserts on pipelines;
  • detection of places of leak in pipelines by an acoustic method on intensity of noise in a damage place;

The design of the selector of damages provides:

  • operation at telecommunications agencies and electric networks;
  • operation at the enterprises where pipelines are used;

  • the serial control of accepted signals of 2 channels on headphones;
  • separate adjustments of the pointer sensitivity indicator and loudness of phones;
  • simultaneously installation on a bar of the receiver of the magnetic aerial and any of gauges for specification of a line route and search of cables or pipelines damages;
  • the control of a condition of accumulators of the receiver and possibility of their additional charge;
  • high sensitivity and noise immunity of the receiver at optimum capacity of the generator for confident work in any difficult conditions of electromagnetic hindrances;
  • high sensitivity to weak acoustic signals;
  • digital indication of work of a geomicrophone at search of places of impulses of pipelines with liquids, air or gas;
  • five-strip a regulator of frequencies with frequencies of adjustment 60, 180, 360, 820 and 1800 Hz for a geomicrophone for tuning out from street noise;

SERVICE CONDITIONS

The selector of damages ensures functioning at:

  • an ambient temperature from - 30 degrees C to +50 degrees C;
  • relative humidity of air to 80 %;
  • pressure of a power line 220±30/50WATT with frequency 50Hz (for a power unit at work from a network 220В 50Hz);
  • pressure of the receiver power 12±2/0,5WATT direct current;
  • pressure of power of the generator of voice-frequency impulses 12±3/1WATT (a variant 1) or 24±2/12 (a variant 2) a direct current. The receiver and the generator of voice-frequency impulses are protected from wrong connection of sources of a direct current.

The equipment is executed in carrying execution.

Completeness of delivery

Depending on carried out problems defined by the user, the selector of damages is completed:

  • 30 or 100 WATT generator;
  • a bar of the receiver and a probe-bar, executed from duralumin in case of application a method of potentials or the facilitated bar executed from a layer - of weight for those who does not use the method of potentials, (is possible delivery of two versions of bars);
  • the contact geomicrophone established in the basis of a dural bar or a portable geomicrophone, providing separate execution.

Frequency characteristics of geomicrophones of two kinds:

  • for liquids and electrical networks of 60-1800 Hz, for gas of 3000-30000 Hz.

For the enterprises of a severage system and heat-energy at search of places of impulses of pipelines the geomicrophone is completed with a five-strip regulator of frequencies with frequencies of adjustment 60, 180, 360, 820 and 1800 Hz for tuning out from street noise.
