Tests passed in joint-stock COMPANY «A.E.S. Kievoblenergo» on the area of Irpen RES on June, 03, 2004

A device was shown on presentation the technical director of joint-stock COMPANY «A.E.S. Kievoblenergo» Shkura Vyacheslav Petrovich, manager on exploitation of networks Ronald Biveru, chief of isolation service of Tolpygo George Oleg, master of cable area Irpen’s RES Menyaylo Alexander Nikolaevich. From an enterprise - manufacturer of LTD. «Kvarc-elektronik» presentation was conducted by the technical director Ostrovskiy Sergey Ivanovich in presence a commercial representative in Kiev - vice-chairman of rule joint-stock COMPANY «Energorezerv» Arkhipov Vladimir Stepanovich.

Technical feasibilities of device were shown at searching for of monophase damages on the reserved high-voltage cable and searching for of precipice on the low-voltage cable of type of AVVG. The results of excavation confirmed the supposed site of damage, certain a device «Universal - 911M».

Searching for of monophase damages is the difficult type of damages and finding of such type of damage in most cases requires burn to the moment of translation from monophase to interphase, or precipice. It requires the heavy tolls of time and not always is possible because a tendon reliably welds with a shell.

Developers of device «Universal - 911M» offered the on principle new method of searching for of difficult types of damages. In basis of this method research of levels of signal is fixed from a generator not only on a magnetic constituent, as it is done in all induction seekers but also on the change of levels of signals of electric constituent in the places of damages. Search for such types of damages this method, as monophase in the high-voltage reserved cable and places of defects of isolation of tendons of low-voltage cables of type of AVVG.

«Universal - 911M» has a number of advantages before the seekers of damages of analogical class:

• the presence of digital indication allows to determine the insignificant changes of levels of signals in the places of damages and, as a result, correctly and exactly to determine and expose the places of damages;
• the presence of pointer indication allows simultaneously with the search of places of damages to specify the line of route;
• the presence of control of the accepted signal on head telephones allows to distinguish «it» cable from other communications;
• a receiver has a high sensitiveness - 1 mkWATT, that allows confidently to work with a generator by power 100 W, supplied in the complete set of device;
• high protection from hindrances from the sources of tram-car and trolleybus lines, stations of cathode defense;
• high technical descriptions provide reliable work in the wide range of temperatures from -30 degrees, to +50 degrees C, high stability of frequencies of receiver and generator is here provided;
• to the receiver along with traditional a technical decision - in the cases of necessity join magnetic aerial:
• electric aerial for the search of damages on an electric constituent;
• pin for the search of damages in the cables of type of AVVG a pin method;
• acoustic sensor for working as an acoustic method;
• scope of metal selector for finding of metallic objects on depths to 0,6 meters;
• generator G-980 of M 1 has ten limits of concordances with resistance of cable from 0,5 to 1000 Ohm;
• the presence of built-in cymometer allows to control the rightness of setting of the fixed frequency 1177 Hz, which a receiver works on;
• besides the fixed frequency, on a generator possibility fluently to reconstruct frequency scope is foreseen 900 - 1300 Hz for work with other searching route receivers;
• a receiver and generator is manned accumulators and charge devices;
• a receiver and generator is protected from the wrong connection to the sources of feed;
• an original durable structural decision provides the comfortable using a device and allows to use him for daily exploitation no less 10-15 years;
• a device is easy-to-operate;
• all elements of device are laid in the special box, that allows to transport him on roads with bad coverage and guards him from mechanical damages.
