Protocol of tests
25-27 January, 2007 on Riga Savelovsk of distance of signaling and blocking and Paveleck of circuitous distance of signaling and blocking the tests of devices of series were conducted in laboratory and field terms «Universal-911 of M», «Universal-911 of M», «Universal-911 of M7», developments of LTD. «Kvarc-elektronik», Nikolaev by the made joint production of LTD. « Indast» Tula.
On tests present: chief of laboratory Poleschenko a.S., electrician Babich V.N., senior mechanic of SС-14 Chazina N., metrologist Shipkov V.K., main engineer SC-13 Dineyko М.V., technical director of LTD. «Kvarc-elektronik» Ostrovskiy of S.I., director General of LTD. «Indast» Serov Y.V.
In laboratory terms possibilities of devices were tested at searching for of the followings types of damages of cable:
- short circuit between tendons;
- precipice of one of tendons;
- violation of isolation resistance to 7 MOhm.
At determining the locations of damages in laboratory terms devices registered all types of damages of cable with exactness 2-5 sm.
In the field terms possibility of searching for of a few places of violation of resistance the isolation of cable was checked up by resistance higher 4-5 MOhm.
In the field terms on the area of Paveleck of circuitous distance of connection of test passed at the temperature of surrounding air - 12 degrees.
At measuring resistance made with the help megommetr 4-5 MOhm. By electric aerial a 4 place was certain, where the sizes of currents of loss made 800-900 relative units at a maximal scale in 2000 relative units.
It means that violation of isolation each of sites of damage made more than 10 MOhm, that is the sign of the high settled ability of device and method of his application ( in the known analog measuring devices of this type this index does not exceed 1 MOhm).
At determining the locations of damages marked: sure reception of control signals on all extent of the controlled route long more than 500 meters, effective dejaming the filters of receiver by frequency 50hz and its accordions. Presence of all types of indication of the accepted signals of control-digital, voice and pointer allows quickly and exactly from a few places of lowering of isolation of cable to select those which present a most danger for functioning of devices of automation (SCB).
From all known searching devices only «Universal-911 of M» and his modifications determine violations of resistance the isolation of cable 6-10 Mom (depends on the set power of generator), that is important for providing of safety of facilities of motion of the automation and teleautomatics provided devices on railway transport.
